Bright red fruits integrate well with cedar notes and black pepper; a perfect complement to barbequed cauliflower steaks.
Château la Condamine, “Vieilles Vignes” : Red Blend
Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Mourvedre all contribute to giving us this very plush intense purple wine in the glass. A sumptuous dark fruited nose transitions into rich and complex blueberries and black currants. A tart cherry acidity in the finish keeps the structure all in balance.
